What is the sequence of doing other Isha practices along with Shiva Namaskar in the morning?

 Shiva Namaskar should be done a minimum of 12 or 21 times at a stretch, either before sunrise or after sunset, on an empty stomach. You can do the other Isha practices after completing Shiva Namaskar.
